1. Reservations and Payments

• By making a reservation on our website, you accept all the terms and conditions set forth herein .
• All payments must be made at the time of booking through the payment methods available on our through the payment methods available on our platform.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the start of the tour: 100% of the amount paid up to that time will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the start of the activity: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations during the 6 hours prior to the start of the tour or failure to show up on time: No refund will be made.

3. Changes due to Weather Conditions

• In case of heavy rain or other adverse weather conditions, we will do our best to reschedule the tour at another time that is convenient for both the client and the company.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the possibility of a partial or full reimbursement will be evaluated, depending on the specific situation.

Customer Responsibilities

• It is the client ‘s responsibility to arrive on time at the specified meeting point for the tour.
• It is recommended to wear clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities and weather conditions.

Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for operational reasons, security reasons or due to force majeure.
• In the event of significant changes, we will notify customers as far in advance as possible and offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate .

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
• We are not responsible for personal injuries occurring during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of our guides or employees.

Acceptance of Terms

• By making a reservation and/or participating in our tours, the client accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.

• Personal information collected during the booking process will be used exclusively for the organization and management of the tour, in accordance with our privacy policy.
